Project
Fidelity Investments (USA), one of the largest investment funds in the world, plans to build a project called Fidelity Technology Center on a 120-hectare site in the suburbs of Tunis, near the Ennahli Natural Park. The project include:
- Three office buildings with a capacity of about 1,500 people, a floor area of 15,000 m2
- A HUB building dedicated to the common services (conference rooms, restaurant, technical premises,..) with a built up area of 3.000 m2
- An underground parking with a capacity of 800 cars and a surface area of 20,000 m2
- The infrastructure necessary for the viability of the project
- Suitable green spaces (landscaping)
The project requires the construction of numerous infrastructures serving the various buildings of the Real Estate Complex (earthworks, roads (4 km), drinking water supply, sewage treatment, rainwater drainage, irrigation system, electricity, public lighting, gas, fiber optic telecommunications network, etc.).

SCET-TUNISIE was in charge of the project management and all technical studies developed along four phases:
- Phase 1: Due diligence
- Phase 2: Concept Design
- Phase 3: Schematic design
- Phase 4: Detailed Design and Tender Documents
